David J. Cook

David J. Cook, Esq., is the senior attorney of Cook Collection Attorneys PLC. Mr. Cook is the author of two books: The Debt Collector’s Book (ABA, 2014); and Collection, Demand and Commercial Letters (ABA, 2015). Mr. Cook has been practicing in the area of enforcement of judgments and collection of debts over the past 40 years and is experienced in many financial transactions; of note, he has represented trial law firms in high-profile disputes with their lenders.
