Oscar Rene Gutierrez

Oscar Rene Gutierrez practices law as a trial attorney with his father, Oscar H. Gutierrez in Los Angeles. They litigate and try catastrophic personal injury, brain injury, and wrongful death cases across the state of California on behalf of injured victims. In 2016, Oscar Rene was nominated for CAALA’s “Rising Star” award. In March 2020, he was honored by the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) with their “Top Lawyers Under 40” award. In 2021, Oscar Rene was nominated for CAOC’s “Street Fighter of the Year” award. He currently serves on the CAALA Board of Governors and CAOC Board of Directors.
