Rande S. Sotomayor

Rande S. Sotomayor is a Los Angeles-based mediator with 35 years of commercial litigation and dispute resolution experience, now specializing in business, real property, employment, personal injury, insurance bad faith, and ERISA benefits disputes. Rande is a Fellow in the International Academy of Mediators and has been named a Top Attorney by Pasadena Magazine from 2016 through 2019. Rande also was selected to serve as a professional mediator, judge, and trainer for the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris, France, 2016-2019.
