Rodney S. Diggs

Rodney S. Diggs is a director at Ivie McNeill Wyatt Purcell & Diggs. He is also chair of the firm’s labor & employment practice group, which focuses on harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues on behalf of his clients. Mr. Diggs is a practiced litigator with substantial experience trying cases to verdict in both federal and state courts. He primarily focuses on civil rights litigation involving police misconduct. Mr. Diggs has obtained the largest deadly force verdict against the City of Long Beach. In 2023, he was named Top Plaintiff’s attorney by the Daily Journal.
