Sean Burke

Sean Burke is a trial lawyer and partner at Burke|Argos. His practice focuses on medical malpractice, serious personal injury cases and wrongful death. He graduated from USC with a JD/MBA degree. He is a three-time winner of OCTLA’s Top Gun Trial Lawyer of the Year for Medical Malpractice. He is a member of ABOTA and has served as a National Board member for OC-ABOTA for five years.
