Ted Cohen

Ted Cohen is Special Counsel in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group in the Los Angeles office of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton. Mr. Cohen concentrates his practice on representing lenders and buyers of assets in bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings, and advising lenders and buyers in complex distressed asset acquisitions and financings. Mr. Cohen received his law degree from UC Davis Law School in 1990, clerked for a US district court judge, and has been practicing law since 1992.
